Katrina Newfrock
Co-Owner
Through her experiences at Johnson & Wales in Food and Beverage Entrepreneurship, Culinary Arts, and a minor in Craft Brewing, Kat has a wide range of skills that she implements at 5 Mile River Baking. Combined with previously working in a bakery, and her technical knowledge on yeast and beer, she has crafted many of the recipes that are on our menu today.

Tucker Puljic
Co-Owner
Tucker Puljic has been working in kitchens on Nantucket since he was 18 years old. With experiences ranging from working as a prep cook at Bartlett's Farms to working Garde Manger and the grill at The Pearl, Tucker hopes to expand his cooking expertise through the bakery!
